Kais Menoufy, a successful local business man. He's muslim and follows muslim financing laws. among other things, they prevent people from "making money off money," which translates into not paying interest. Rather than get a loan to buy a home when he moved here, Menoufy slept on a mattress on the floor of an apartment.
